- Find a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted.
- You’ll spend some time lying down in Shavasana or sitting in a comfortable chair, so make sure you have a place to do that.
- Create a sacred space by dimming the lights, lighting a candle, or some incense.
- You can lay on a yoga mat, a blanket, or a bed.
- Have pillows and blankets on hand for maximum comfort. Eye pillows and journals are also recommended.
- I highly recommend using headphones or external speakers, so you can enhance your vibrational experience.
- Dress comfortably and get ready to relax!
- Your favorite crystals, sacred objects, or candles to create a peaceful and healing atmosphere are very welcome!
