Hot Vegan Chocolate

Hot Vegan Chocolate

Today, I’ll share my recipe for HOT VEGAN CHOCOLATE

This is my unique recipe that I created a few years ago, and I haven’t seen anyone else replicate it yet. To reduce plastic consumption and unnecessary packaging, I’ve decided to replace store-bought plant milk with a homemade version. What are the benefits?

  • 100% vegan
  • Preservative-free
  • Refined sugar-free
  • Lactose-free
  • Packaging-free!!!

Another advantage, besides the ease of preparation, is that “banana milk” turns out to be perfect for hot chocolate, giving it sweetness and a characteristic thickness.

For two cups of chocolate, you’ll need:

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • Two cups of water
  • Cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla… spices to taste.

Place all the ingredients in a high-speed blender. Blend til smooth.

The last step is heating the beverage over medium heat until it reaches your desired temperature. Keep in mind that boiling is unnecessary; simply stir continuously and add a little bit of coconut oil if desired.
