Ginger-Lemon Tea

I’ve already shared this recipe before, but it has undergone some transformations. A new ingredient has been added that softens the sharp taste of ginger: APPLE! So here’s the quick, easy, healthy, and delicious Ginger-Lemon Tea recipe, with a twist!

Ginger – has natural anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It helps with digestion and relieves nausea. Lemon – naturally eliminates toxins and alkalizes the body. It contains a large amount of vitamin C, which strengthens the immune system.

PREPARATION:

Peel the ginger root (about 10 cm), apple, and lemon, and cut them into pieces that can be easily placed in a blender bowl (don’t forget to remove the seeds from the lemon and apple).

Blend until smooth, and it’s ready!

You can store the mixture in a sealed container in the refrigerator, or freeze it in convenient individual portions using ice cube trays.
